This is the second time I've gotten 2 slabs from these guys for a party and everyone loved them both times. There was a difference, the ones picked up hot on a Saturday were smokier than those picked up cold packed for reheating for a Sunday game. The warm ones were done with no sauce and the cold were done with the mild sauce (ordered like that). Both were great, but I personally preferred the no sauce smokier rib with the ability to add sauce afterwards. Both times I had tons of leftovers - and it wasn't because my guests weren't eating!
